We are looking for someone that can work alone and be responsable to take care of customer and stock shelfs. This will be for our in store. We start our summer season with the mobile trailer in April-Oct. You will need to work some weekends and this is a day shift. You will know you full schedule at time your hired.

Returns/Exchanges 

 We will be happy to provide you with a return lable. The cost of the return lable will be deducted from your credit or exchange item. Exchange items can be anything it does not have to be exchanged for the same item. If item is more then you will be required to pay the difference and the shipping charge if applicable before shipping. If exchange is under the cost of the return it will be added to your credit account.

 

Returned Policy 

Store credit or Exchange Policy with a bonus

We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for any item(s). All Items must meet the return policy.

1.)Must be returned within 30 days: (excluded saddles)

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. 

2.) Items must have ALL original manufacturer’s tags,warranty cards, Price tag, warning tags. All Items must be in original, unused condition.

3.)All returns should include a copy of the sales receipt or invoice and be in NEW and UNUSED condition. 

4.)All item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it.

5.)Please note: no exchange or store credit will be issued for products that have horse hair, dirt, sweat etc. on them. We politely request that if you have tried the item on your horse, you please wipe down the item prior to returning it.

6.)Customized merchandise, special orders, electronics, books, bits, dewormers, supplements, helmets, closeout merchandise or any open items.

 and custom ordered items (including custom size bridles) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

7.) ALL FINAL OR CLOSE OUT ITEMS/PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.Only regular priced items may be exchanged or issued store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or store credit issued and are final sale.

 

Free Gifts with Purchases: If you fail to return any free gifts that came with an item, the regular retail price of the non-returned gifts will be deducted from your exchange or store credit.

All returns gifts should include a copy of the sales receipt or invoice and be in NEW and UNUSED condition. This includes all original packaging and tags.

 

All Items meeting the store credit policy will get a $10.00 Bonus credit added to the gift card.

SADDLE RETURN POLICY

ALL saddles are available for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase.

We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for any items. All Items must meet the return policy.

7.)You are responsible to take extra care by wrapping your stirrup leathers to prevent marks on the saddle flaps. Saddles returned for exchange or store credit with excessive wear or damage may be charged a fee or deemed non-refundable.

WARRANTY RETURNS

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us before returning for instructions. Please note that most horse items such as bridles, blankets, and halters are not warranted against breakage or rips. If you return an item for a warranty issue and the manufacturer believes that no defect was present, you will be responsible for picking up your item(s) within 5 days and no refund will be issued. Failure to pick up your item(s) within 5 days will be considered abandoned and be disposed of.  If we follow the manufacturer's guidelines as to whether the defective item is replaced, repaired or refunded. Blankets and sheets must be laundered prior to returning for manufacturer review.

HORSE & DOG BLANKETS

We realize that blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it for exchange if it does not fit. However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. It is recommended that you use a bed sheet or pillowcase to insure that no hair or dirt is transferred. Dirty, soiled, ripped or torn blankets or blankets that do not have original tags attached, cannot be returned. Blankets under warranty that are returned for review must be laundered prior to returning. If the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse. A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and would then be ineligible for return. This is not considered normal use and conditions.

Please remember that horse clothing is manufactured for specific uses. Many types of sheets, and fly sheets are not constructed to withstand the rigors of turnout.

BITS 

Bits that have been placed in a horses mouth may not be returned due to health concerns and some state laws. We recommend comparing the newly purchased bit to a bit already in use for fit.

We do not accept returns after our policy terms and conditions.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ARE AS FOLLOWED

Horse bits, helmets and custom ordered items (including custom size bridles) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

For everyone’s protection, treats and vet meds which have been opened are not returnable.

 Earring, undergarments.

Any items with a manufactured seal.

 

 

 

 

Items that are eligible for store credit or exchange. Credit will be given in the form of a gift card if the item is still in new/unused condition with the original tags. If the product can no longer be sold as new – there will be a 20% restocking fee.

 

We can provide you with a shipping label if needed to ship your items back to us!

Shipping cost will be deducted from your returned item provided it meets all return policy's.

 

 

  •  Package your return, include a copy of your invoice and instructions for refund/exchange, affix your label to the box

  • Take your box to a FedX, USPS (drop off location).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA Only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain States.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
